April 3 - Family book-making Workshop - What makes a book? Is it the words, the pages, or the pictures? The education division of the San Bernardino County Museum will offer a book-making family workshop from 1 to 4pm. The registration deadline is Friday, March 26. Supported in part by the James Irvine Foundation, this workshop is designed for ages 8 and up. Workshop fees of $30 for a family, or $15 for an individual, includes all materials and admission to the museum on April 3. Parents will learn how to use practical, fun, easy-to-implement math activities to foster children's skills in the areas of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
